The most challenging phase of any Business process outsourcing is the Transition Phase and HTMT Global has designed a robust, six sigma based model called the Business Process Maturity Cycle to ensure that the entire transition process is smooth, transparent and delivers maximum benefit to its clients.

The key objective of this model is to mitigate the business and operational risks and maintain continuity of the client’s business and operations. Every stage of the cycle is closely monitored by the Quality team to ensure the highest levels of quality.

The process has 3 stages starting with
This stage identifies the scope of work for the purpose of the project. It measures the Business and Technical requirements, on the basis of which a detailed transition plan is drawn.
This phase results in knowledge transfer and implementation of the work and takes approximately 90 days from the start of the project. Knowledge Transfer includes creation of Operating procedure, preparation of training documents and training of executives. At this stage, a Pilot is also conducted to test the readiness of the entire process, conduct a SLA dry run and prepare for the next stage.
This involves execution of the project post SLA holidays, wherein HTMT Global is open to both rewards and penalties. It takes about 180 days to reach the end of this stage. At this stage, the first SLA report is released. An important aspect in this stage is the customer feedback, which helps to strengthen the process.
