Partha De Sarkar spearheads the HTMT Global Solutions team as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to this he held the position of Chief Operating Officer at HTMT Global for 3 years.

He brings with him over 20 years of rich experience in Customer Service and Operations across diverse industries like Banking, Financial services, Healthcare and Insurance. He has served in executive capacities and handled large initiatives in setting up and leading complex outsourcing projects across diverse domains. He was with Deloitte Consulting, GE Capital International Services where he set up operations for large remote processing centers in India to service international clients in US, UK, Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to this he was with Bank of America’s - Consumer Banking business for 9 years.

Partha is a postgraduate in Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore and has a Master of Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Chennai.

R Mohan is the Advisor & Chief Mentor of HTMT Global Solutions. He specialises in lending strategic business advice and mentoring inputs to HTMT Global. He is deeply involved in specific customer programs, helping the company define their objectives, set up yardsticks for measurement and continuously seeking ways and means for improvement.

Prior to this, he was part of the core team that founded Mphasis BFL Ltd one of India’s leading IT Services companies. He has also worked with industry leaders like Wipro and CMC and set up several Dedicated Development centers, among other laudable achievements. He is acclaimed as one of the top opinion leaders for the IT & BPO industry in India and specializes in a broad spectrum from being the key spokesperson for the industry at several National and Regional level IT seminars, Educational institutions and for Special interest groups as well as being an active member at NASSCOM forums, Computer Society of India and Society for Export of Software from India and a working member of the IT Committee of the Confederation of Indian Industry.

He is an Engineering Graduate from the University of Chennai and is a postgraduate in Management Studies from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.

Patrick David is responsible for driving Human Resources Strategy worldwide, across all global locations and subsidiaries. He is an important member of the Global Executive Committee and plays a key role in Mergers and Acquisitions strategy and execution.

Prior to HTMT Global, Patrick has worked with Telcordia Technologies India, IBM Asia Pacific, Motor Company India Limited, Ford Information Technologies India and Ford Business Services.

Patrick has spent the majority of his career with Coopers & Lybrand in Australia having worked on engagements in China, Taiwan, Singapore and the Philippines, also heading Human Capital Consulting practice of Pricewaterhouse Coopers in India. He has provided strategic HR consulting interventions to companies such as American Express, Bank of New Zealand, Coca Cola, and in India – Wipro, Siemens Information Systems, Apollo Tyres, Asian Paints and Infosys.

Patrick holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Melbourne University, Australia and an MBA majoring in Human Resource Management from Hartford University, Connecticut, USA. Patrick is a Six Sigma Black Belt, and also a candidate Lead Assessor for the People Capability Maturity Model (PCMM).

B N Narasimha Murthy is the Senior Vice President - Business Transition and Domestic Markets. He has shared his vast knowledge and experience at HTMT Global for the past 9 years from the International markets to the Domestic markets. He is responsible for the Domestic Business acquisitions, Delivery and Support and Planning of operations at HTMT Global.

He brings with him a total of over 18 years of experience. He has worked at leading organizations like Datapro, GTL, PCL, Larsen & Toubro. Murthy has been instrumental in successfully transitioning complex off shore projects in Telecom and Health care to India.

Murthy is a postgraduate from The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kolkata and a Bachelor of Technology from The Indian Institute of Technology.

Viswanath R. Rao is the Senior Vice President - International Operations. He is responsible to drive customer loyalty, strengthen company partnerships and deliver consistently high value to customers for the over all Service delivery processes to International clients based out of India. Having been with HTMT Global for over 6 years he has been instrumental in setting up an offshore Claims adjudication process for a Fortune 150 client which under his able leadership has grown to over 1,000 people.

He has over 25 years of experience in the Manufacturing and BPO industry. Prior to HTMT Global, he has served at ABB, Kirloskar AAF Ltd. His extensive background and experience in the BPO industry, gives him the perspective to bring operational excellence combined with customer satisfaction.

Viswanath is an Engineering Graduate from the University of Chennai and a Post Graduate in Executive General Management from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore.

Subramanya C is the Global Chief Technical Officer and heads the Technical Services Group at HTMT Global. He is an expert in Information Technology and Information Security and is responsible for implementing, maintaining, monitoring our world class technology and information security and ensuring the organization’s process aligns with our technological capabilities globally.

He has over 18 years experience in the technology domain across various industries and handles various aspects of conceptualizing and commissioning of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and other IT Enabled Services operations including transition of projects across our global facilities.

Subramanya is an Engineering graduate from MEI Group of Institution in Computer Science and has undergone short term courses in Customer Support and Finance from India Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore.

Rangaraj S is the Associate Vice President, Quality. He is responsible for handling the organizational and the operations quality or process excellence at HTMT Global.

He comes with an experience of 12 years. He has worked in the areas of Transition, Strategy & Quality in the BPO industry and has worked with reputed organizations such as from Hewlett Packard where he was Global Quality Manager - Compliance & Strategy with responsibility for 9 BPO centres across the globe. He has also worked with Akzo Nobel Coatings Pvt Ltd and Asian Paints.

Ranga is a Post Graduate in Production Management and is a First rank holder in MSc - Chemistry from Chennai University. He is a Certified Black Belt /MBB Trained, ISO Lead Auditor and PMP certified.

M.S. Varadan is the President of Source 1 HTMT Inc. He has been associated with the Hinduja Group since 1999. During this period he has worked closely with the Group towards transforming a financial services company into a global Technology, Media and Telecom group through mergers and acquisitions. He has played an active role in the acquisition of the call centers in the Philippines, USA and Canada, as well as the Global marketing set-up in USA. He has in the last couple of years played a crucial role in integrating the newly acquired units with HTMT Global.

With over 40 years of experience in diverse global organizations, Varadan brings to Source 1 HTMT his excellent knowledge of organization management and practices. He is an accountant by profession and has deep knowledge of international accounting standards. He has gained rich experience in commercial and investment banking following the various positions in which he has worked in India and abroad for over 20 years in State Bank of India (SBI), the largest public sector bank in India. Some of the other companies he has worked in the past include Essar Group, Britannia & ISPAT Group.

Donna Malone serves as the President & CEO of AFFINA, (an HTMT Global Solutions Company) in North America and has responsibility for overseeing our North American operations and setting corporate strategies for growth as well as operational excellence. Prior to this role, she held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for AFFINA. Donna joined AFFINA’s operations organization in 1999, and has since served in a number of roles with increasing responsibility in the Company’s operations, client services, business development and executive leadership functions.

In her previous executive leadership role over the client services and business development divisions, she managed relationships with large international and Fortune 500 clients and was successful in growing the company’s top line through new client acquisition. From 2005 to 2007, she was responsible for adding nearly 20 percent to AFFINA’s North American overall revenue in new business alone. Under her client services leadership, AFFINA has experienced client retention of ninety nine percent. She has served in executive capacities and has designed and managed complex consumer affairs and customer service programs across a wide range of service areas and industry groups.

A former President of the Chicago Chapter of the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals (SOCAP), she is still actively involved in SOCAP. Donna earned a degree in psychology from Illinois State University.

V. Prasanna Kumar is the Senior Vice President - Customer Relations Source 1 HTMT Inc. He front ends and manages our Customer Relations at the New Jersey office. Having been with HTMT Global for 10 years, he has reinforced our marketing and customer relations by adopting advanced marketing methodologies and has successfully obtained several large projects with large capacities for Source 1 HTMT Inc. and heading the Client relationship team from our USA office.

Prasanna comes with 24 years of experience and exposure to international markets. He has served at large organizations like Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and clients like American Express, Citibank, Banc Cantonale Vaudoise, Time Warner and Fireman’s Fund Insurance companies in UK, USA, Switzerland, Mexico and India.

Prasanna is a Post Graduate in Industrial Management from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Chennai and is also a Gold medalist in Engineering from the University of Mysore.

Ramesh Anand is the Vice President – Business Development, Head Banking and Financial Services, HTMT Global Solutions Florida, US. He is responsible for the Business Development efforts in the Southern Parts of United States and also leads our foray into the BFS space.

He now joins us from Hero ITeS. He started his career with Tata Consultancy Services and moved to United States in 1989 and initially worked with Technology Companies in the Silicon Valley like Oracle and Siebel. He moved to the BPO arena in early 2000 and set up the third party business for Ocwen Financial Services Later, he worked with IBM Daksh.

Ramesh is a graduate from Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences (BITS – Pilani) with a Masters in Management Studies.

Pushkar is the President & CEO, HTMT Global Solutions Philippines. He has served with Hinduja Group for 10 years in various capacities and functions including investment banking, project management, business planning & development and corporate finance. He specialises in project planning & implementation. Before assuming the presidency of SOCA, Pushkar was CEO of HTMT Global's media commerce and e-commerce business in India.

He has over 19 years of experience and has had distinguished stints with SBI Capital Markets, India's leading investment banking company and with Larsen & Toubro, India’s leading engineering company.

Pushkar is a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.

Bryce Hayes is the Chief Operations Officer HTMT Global Solutions Philippines. He has led several initiatives and has been instrumental in enhancing the call center growth at HTMT Global Solutions Philippines. Bryce has extensive experience from analysis and design to implementation, operation and is responsible for executing and overseeing numerous client partnerships.

He has over 13 years of experience in serving the Call center industry as operations head, training director, and other management roles. Bryce has held several other management positions for outsourcing/BPO companies supporting a wide variety of Fortune 100 and 500 clients in financial services, telecom, TV/Satellite, shipping, logistics, and healthcare verticals.

Bryce is a Post Graduate from Utah Valley State College and the University of Utah. He is a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society and was the recipient of the University of Utah's President's scholarship.
