This committee has senior managers with decision-making authority. The proposed organization ensures that both the client and HTMT Global have adequate operational control of the transitioned processes.

The organizational structure at HTMT Global ensures that there are multiple people available for the client company to raise escalations but there is a single voice from HTMT Global to the client on all matters, thus ensuring clarity in all correspondences.

The relationship is managed by an onsite CRM, which ensures availability of a top management personnel to the client company during US working hours.

In a project, the team consists of several professionals with specific roles -

Meets all Service Levels and contractual commitments for the respective services.

Is the single point of contact between HTMT Global and the client. He works with the client Designate to manage and meet commitments, requirements and expectations and ensures Business requirements and business objectives are satisfied.

Is responsible for day-to-day operations of the project.

(this is not an on going role & exits post transition after the project reaches a steady state)

Conducts trouble free and smooth transition of business processes to be outsourced.

Enforces quality measures and norms in every sphere of activity.

Coordinates Infrastructure & link set-up.

Besides defining profiles of personnel required, also looks after the welfare of the employees, forever boosting their morales. The HR representative makes sure the employees have fun at work and actively handles employee problems.
Works with the counterparts at the client’s side for all contractual related matters.
